Vegetable soup with fine vermicelli

PREPARATION

Wash the vegetables. Peel the onion, carrot, kohlrabi and  potatoes and cut into cubes. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onions until  golden brown. Add all the vegetables and fry briefly. Pour in the vegetable stock. Season with salt, pepper and  bay leaves and simmer for 20 minutes. Then add the soup noodles and cook for another 15 minutes. Season the soup again and serve with herbs to taste.
