PREPARATION
Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water for approx. 20 minutes. Drain the potatoes and leave to cool. Cut the potatoes into 0.5 cm thick slices. Halve the cucumbers and remove the seeds. Cut the cucumbers, radishes and cornichons into 0.2 cm thin slices. Mix the yoghurt, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice and olive oil until smooth and season. Mix all the ingredients together. Leave the potato salad to stand for at least 6 hours.
- For the full flavour, you should prepare the potato salad the day before.
