PREPARATION

Peel, wash and grate the potatoes or grate them using a food processor (julienne setting). Squeeze the potatoes. Peel and wash the onions and chop into small cubes. Mix the squeezed potatoes, onions, oat flakes, salt and nutmeg well. Heat the rapeseed oil in a non-stick frying pan, add 2 tablespoons of potato mixture to the pan and fry on both sides until golden brown.
