PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, oil and water, knead the dough well. Roll out the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Prick the dough with a fork. Wash the vegetables, cut them in half and slice them into 5 mm thick slices. Chop the garlic and fry in 1 tbsp oil until golden brown. Add the vegetables, fry briefly and season with salt and oregano. Season the tomato purée with garlic and spices. First spread the tomatoes and then the vegetables on the pizza. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and spread over the vegetables. Then bake the pizza for 35 minutes.
