PREPARATION
Cook the pasta in salted water. Drain and leave to cool. Finely dice the vegetables. Mix the yoghurt, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, dill, pepper and olive oil until smooth. Combine all the ingredients. Leave the pasta salad to stand for at least 6 hours.
- Prepare the pasta salad one day in advance for the full flavour.
