PREPARATION
Mix the flour, kefir, vanilla sugar, egg, baking powder and oat milk with an electric mixer until smooth. Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes. Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add 4 tablespoons of batter to the pan and fry until golden brown on each side. Serve with agave syrup or maple syrup and berries.
