PREPARATION

Peel the banana and cut into slices. Finely purée all ingredients with a hand blender. Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes. Add a little oil to a non-stick frying pan and heat over medium heat. Add 4 tablespoons of batter to the pan and fry on each side until golden brown. Serve with agave syrup or honey and cinnamon.
