PREPARATION
Grate the cucumber, apple and carrot. Layer all the ingredients in a glass in order. Mix the yoghurt, mayonnaise and lemon juice until smooth, season and pour over the salad. Garnish with egg.
- Boil the chicken egg the day before. You can freeze the remaining mozzarella for later use.
