PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat. Mix the oat flakes, tiger nut flour, baking powder, yoghurt, oat milk, a pinch of salt, oil and butter, and stir the dough well. Grate the apple with the peel. Finally, add the hazelnuts, apple and cranberries and stir the dough briefly. Fill a muffin tin lined with paper muffin cases with the dough mixture. Bake for approx. 40 minutes.
