PREPARATION
Cut the cucumbers and tomatoes into thin slices. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and cut into slices. Mix the mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce together. Briefly heat the flatbread on both sides in a pan, spread 1 tablespoon of sauce on each side and fill with vegetables.
- Simply freeze the remaining flatbread for later use.
