PREPARATION

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the rapeseed oil and flour and sauté over a low heat for 3 minutes, stirring well. Slowly add the cold milk and stir to prevent lumps from forming. Add the cream. Season with salt, nutmeg, pepper and bay leaf. Cook the sauce for approx. 15-20 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens. Remove the bay leaf and pour the sauce into 3 jars with sealable lids.
